180* Designs LLC offers interior design services for residential and commercial spaces. Providing consultations, floor plans, renderings, detailed elevations, colorization, all finish specifications, furniture specifications/purchase, window treatment specifications/purchase, designer wholesale costs and project management. 180* is a proud member of the American Society of Interior Design and has been published locally for several award winning designs.
The Process:
- Let’s Chat: The design process begins with a brief phone call where we uncover your goals, budget and expectations. After the initial chat we schedule a consult meeting on the job site. This meeting is an hour and a half and there is a consult fee of $300. Ask me anything! I will also chime in with insight of my own (don’t worry, we will use the full hour and a half!) If all goes well and you wish to move forward, 180* Designs will generate a scope of work outlining the scope of the project and financial obligations. You will be given a rough estimate of how long each portion of a project will take to try and meet your budget goals.
- Concept: With goals/budget in mind, I will create a concept presentation showing pictures and samples of the overall look to make sure we are all on the same page with what we want the final outcome to look like.
- Drawings: Measurements and drawings will be generated to determine the appropriate plan for your space(s). I like to think of this like putting puzzle pieces together! What fits best where.
- Design & Specification: With the concept approved and plan’s selected , I will begin to detail out all specifications and drawings so that orders can be placed and contractors can either prepare bids or get right to work! A proposal will provided with quotes for anything that the designer is in charge of providing.
- Implement & Project Management: With the client’s final approval, the design is finalized and product is ordered. Detailed drawings/specs are provided to the contractors and the project begins! I encourage clients to let me assist in project management as there are always unknowns with any construction project…and I’ve seen them all! I will be available to help navigate and answer questions every step of the way.
